1. When do you dispatch your orders?

All orders are dispatched 3-15 business days from the time the order is made. 

2. What is a Smooth-E?

A Smooth-E is a hair mask made with organic shea butter, organic aloe, coconut oil, and organic sunflower oil. Apply any Smooth-E to freshly washed hair. Let it sit for 20-30 minutes before rinsing.

3. My elixir drops turned pink. Does that mean it's spoiled?

NOPE! Your drops are perfectly fine. Because these products are all natural, natural factors can change the look of a product. The drops are based with aloe vera juice which turns pink/reddish once it has touched oxygen for a certain amount of time. Think of it like how an apple reacts to air after someone has took a bite of it and left it sitting.

4. What happened to Elixir Drops?

We still have it! It has been rebranded as Aloe Bliss

5. What happened to Elixir Oil?

We still have it! It has been rebranded as Aquarius Oil

6. Do I have to keep my product refrigerated?

No, you don't need to put your Smooth-EZ products in the fridge but we highly recommend keeping it in a cool to room temp area away from direct sunlight

7. I want to start my healthy hair journey but don't know which products to start with.

Start with the Green Tea Smooth-E set (shampoo and deep conditioner), Aquarius Oil, Aloe Bliss (aloe based scalp serum), and Sweet Almond Hair Milk (spray leave-in conditioner). Using these products every week will build your hairs health and strengthen your strands. If you have damage from heat, color, etc. DETOX CLAY IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED.
